The construction features of T69 CNC indicator / TK69 CNC series floor boring and milling machinery:
T69 CNC indicator / TK69 CNC series floor boring and milling machinery is an advanced equipment with excellent performance, a wide range of craft and high productivity, which can take the place of planer and floor boring machine. This series of machinery can finish milling, boring and drilling process and can conduct flat and curled process within one setup.
This series machine tool has the features of high rigidity, high precision, and high versatility, etc. In addition, the machine has many special accessories (universal milling head, vertical milling head, ductile milling head, high speed milling head, swing angle milling head, rear standing column, rotary table, etc.) which can further wide its application scope.
The boring and milling head is one of the core parts of this machine tool and the following are the features of this boring and milling head design:
The spindle was adopted 38CcMoAl nitrogen permeating dealing so it is hard enough and with excellent high precision retetion.
In order to avoid the precision inaccurate due to the temperature went high when the spindle was in high speed rotary, we adopted paint spindle to cool and lower the calorific value to avoid the spindle being deformation due to high temperature of the machine.
The square occipt was adopted longitudinal large section structure to improve its longitudinal rigidity.
The spindle box was adopted holistic containment structure and the square occipt is inside the spindle box which improves the rigidity of the square occipt and it is benefit for the machine tool to cut with power.
Driven system
The main driven system of the machine tool has a speed range of 3--800r/min (1000 turns can be chosen.) through mechanism speed changing and electrical gang-schaltung to meet the need of the cutting process.
There is four part for feeding driven: front column horizontal feeding (X axis), spindle box vertical feeding (Y axis), boring axis feeding (Z axis) and slide occipt feeding (W axis).
Bearing
The bearing of the spindle is the key part of the spindle system which adopted imported exclusive bearings.
Driven structure X axis horizontal feeding was adopted double gear structure to eliminate space. The whole feeding structure is inside the slide body so it can move smoothly and also eliminate the space.
Z axis and W axis were adopted thread rolling lever auxiliary transmission and their principles are the same with Y axis.
Hydraulic press lubrication system
The moves of the column (X axis) was adopted static guide rail so low friction coefficient. X axis, Y axis and W axis all have their separate automatic locking-tight mechanism.
Castings Precision compensation system Guide rail
The front column with horizontal feeding, the spindle box with vertical feeding and the slide axis feeding all adopted static press guide rail with excellent shock reducing effect so to assure the precision of the machine tool and long operating life and high reliability.
Protection device
This machine tool was adopted protection device and the spindle box was machining center-type integral protection. The back of the square degree was installed with fixed protection shield. The vertical column, lathe bed guide rail was installed with protection shield which is scalable. It can effectively avoid the dirt to damage and pollute the machine.
Moving table (operation table)
There is operation table on one side of the spindle box. The operation table moves as the spindle moves up and down and also moves as the vertical column moves which can is very easy to operate.
